Pros and cons of Vidra app for iPhone and iPad

Vidra app good for

Its quick and easy to make quick and dirty videos for explaining anything for inclusion on your website. The supplied music is terrible but you can import some Michael Bolton.
Its way better than Adobe Voice. The video output is crisp when downloaded to the device or embedded online. Id like to see alignment guides and order of animated objects within a slide.
Took me three minutes to figure out and I was telling stories in seconds, great app for story boarding except more comprehensive.
As a storyboarding tool this is amazing value for money. The image and audio assets are very useful. The recent improvements add even more flexibility and professionalism. There are still some buggy elements, but you can quickly find workarounds (copying a slide seems to negate assets on the original at times, for example). I like to save versions just in case something I like is lost. But problems are few and far between. The end result is very much client-ready.
Vidra is a cool one! Easy to make a prezi, creative, full of funny pics. It would be great to add a pause option - now all the images and text appear simultaneously without any pause. It attracts more attention when they can appear one after another not all together

Some bad moments

A good idea that doesnt work. The app keeps closing abruptly, doesnt save anything. I bought the extension, same problem and cant save and send anything.
Nice app. but export functionality is buggy and not working, Impossible to exporte to either youtube, facebook, or any format offered by the app. I could only export to dropbox, but the .vdr format cannot be used any way. As long as they dont come up with better solutions, vida is pretty pointless. Too bad, because the idea is good.
Fast, easy to use and super fun! I made my first video and uploaded to YouTube already
This is like THE best app ever! First of all, it helps me do lyric videos for YouTube, and its fun to create cool videos. Bad part is, when I try to play music and do the slide show/video, it lags, A LOT! I cant post that without someone asking whats wrong with lag!? Plz fix soon!
I love the idea and the productivity of it but it crashes a lot on me.Can you guys fix that? Also add the ability to see other peoples slides and upload yourselfs slide so other people can see it!
This is a very cool app for making quick tutorial videos. It is very simple to use that I did not need any instructions on how to do something. Everything is intuitive and very well thought out. So far, I made one short tutorial video. It looks very professional. In my testing of the app, I found only one bug. When I tried to upload the video to Youtube from within the app, it encountered an error during the upload stage. It might have not been the apps fault though. However, I was able to export to the camera roll just fine and then upload to Youtube from there. Also, I have a couple of suggestions to improve the app even more: 1. Add the option to set the timing of individual slides that do not have narration. Currently, the only way that I have found to do this is to tap the record button and to just not talk for however long you want the slide to be. 2. Add the option to insert a custom thumbnail for the video if possible. When I exported the video to my camera roll, it just showed a blank slide as the thumbnail instead of the first slide. This app is definitely worth the upgrade cost of $10 to remove the watermark even though it is not that noticeable. I am going to upgrade just to support the developers so they can continue adding features to the app.
